We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team and support our interior fit-out projects for workplace, retail, and residential spaces. As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for project coordination of sub-contractors, procurement, and suppliers. You will report to the Project Director and work closely with the designers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the client's expectations. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Assist in managing project budgets and timelines. Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and team members. Assist in conducting site inspections and overseeing quality control. Assist in managing project documentation and reporting. Support the Project Director and Designers in all aspects of the project. Requirements: Working Permit or Permanent resident of Hong Kong SAR. Relevant degree in interior design, building, engineering or architecture will be favorable. Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese. Putonghua will be an advantage. Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, especially in MS Word and Excel.
