Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Day to Day running of Subscription orders across 4 major cities across India. Ensure Smooth Operations and a great customer experience.
These Responsibilities Can Include
Overseeing and developing an inventory management system to prevent stock outs
Should have 2-4 years experience in hotels/ restaurants/ cloud kitchens/ food industries.
Should have working experience in a cloud kitchen environment.
Should have worked on operational parameters of Swiggy & Zomato.
Should be able to handle cloud kitchen outlets.
Should be able to coordinate with vendors & stakeholders.
Coordinating with Operations Heads of other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensuring that orders are prepared and dispatched in a timely manner so as to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinating with Head Chefs to ensure Quality Control
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies, promotional activities
Ensure efficiency in Costing and Expenses
Locating new channels to increase revenue
Key Skills For The Role
Candidates must be fluent in English.
Fluency in Hindi and Kannada are an advantage.
Communication skills and networking ability
Adaptability
Good teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Good organization and planning skills
Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
Skills:- FMCG, Hotel Management, Operations, Operations management, Inventory Management and Team Management
