Summary

Role Overview

The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Awfis centers in the assigned region. This includes managing facility upkeep, vendor coordination, compliance, safety protocols, and client satisfaction. The role demands strong operational rigor, stakeholder management, and service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of the center's infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues through ticketing systems
  • Manage AMCs and warranties for equipment and systems
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and upkeep standards

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure service levels (housekeeping, security, pantry, etc.)
  • Monitor and control inventory of supplies, consumables, and maintenance materials
  • Maintain asset records and coordinate repair/replacement as needed

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of safety, fire prevention, and emergency protocols
  • Maintain records related to licenses, inspections, and statutory compliance
  • Lead training drills and facility briefings for staff

Client Experience & Engagement

  • Coordinate with the Community/Center Manager to support a seamless client experience
  • Resolve client escalations related to facility issues within defined SLAs
  • Assist with center-level events, audits, and walkthroughs

Reporting & Process Adherence

  • Maintain dashboards and MIS on maintenance schedules, vendor performance, and expenses
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
  • Adhere to company SOPs and contribute to best practice documentation
