Technical Skills Required

• Lead a short team of wooden toy development, service global customers/retailers, Product Conception, Adaptation, Re-engineering,& Costing
• Management experience, wooden product development experience, Mattel background is a plus
• High commercial aptitude, financial management and business planning skills
• Sound knowledge of Product Cost Analysis, thinking cross culture and out of box

Work with internal and external Stakeholders on business related activities to deliver right product at the right time, from right suppliers at the lowest cost.
