Summary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Postgraduate or MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of transactional experience, including at least 1 year in a Quality Team Lead role
  • At least 2 years of experience in the corporate travel and leisure domain
  • Proficiency in one or more GDS systems (Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, Apollo)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and content design related to quality metrics
  • Knowledge of quality control tools (e.g., Pareto, Cause & Effect Diagram, Control Charts)
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes and quality parameters


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to Lead Associates
  • Ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and address team-level issues
  • Participate in client calls and share quality insights with stakeholders
  • Manage scheduling and workload for Lead Quality Analysts
  • Approve sampling strategies and define calibration processes
  • Review and enforce quality standard documentation
