We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Training Associate.

 

Job Description

The Quality Assurance and Training Associate focuses on ensuring high customer service quality through regular QA audits, data analysis, and coaching. Responsibilities include developing and updating training materials, creating resources, and recommending process improvements. The position also involves designing and facilitating training sessions, managing QA activities for walk-in channels, and publishing reports with corrective recommendations. Additionally, the role contributes to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer interaction and experience.


The position has the following responsibilities:

  • Design Quality Management Program activities suited for walk-in channels.
  • Conduct QA activities, including validation, calibration, and coaching sessions.
  • Publishes QA reports for walk-in channels, including recommendations on corrective and proactive approaches.
  • Facilitates calibration and coaching sessions, as necessary.
  • Recommends meaningful strategies for QA improvement.
  • Communicates new and updated Meralco-related information across various segments.
  • Regularly updates training materials and approaches to align with new product information.
  • Creates and updates resources and templates in the knowledge library.
  • Develops and recommends process revisions and updates based on new information and strategy.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Management Science, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Quality Management tools and techniques
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a QA role
  • Knowledge in customer process, systems, and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Filipino and English
  • Analytical and with problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
