Looking for someone with export house experience in handling overseas buyers social & technical requirements and audits at the factory.
Should have knowledge of various factory compliance requirements such as SA8000, Sedex - SMETA, Higg Index, GOTS, OCS, GRS, and CTPAT & SCAN.
Should have worked with a factory at a distance and work closely with the factory team to complete all required audits on time
Support factory teams in audit preparation, execution, and follow-up.
Monitor progress on audit findings and ensure timely resolution.
Act as the central point of contact for compliance-related queries from buyers and third-party agencies.
Liaise with buyers to address their compliance requirements and ensure alignment with global standards.
Develop and implement uniform compliance policies for all company locations.
Work with factory teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance protocols.
Maintain a centralized compliance database for all locations.
Generate monthly reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or additional certifications / studies in Compliance, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in compliance management in export/manufacturing.
Expertise in buyer-specific compliance requirements and certifications as listed above.
Proficient in compliance communication and reporting.
