Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team.
This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, an eye for talent, and a proactive approach to managing the hiring process.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
● Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
● Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
● Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
● Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Negotiate offers and ensure timely closure of positions.
● Monitor and report recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring processes.
● Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies. Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
● Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
