Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our HR team, specializing in recruitment while acting as a HR Business Partner for a designated department. The SUCCESSFUL candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce needs, support workforce planning, and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
  • Support HR projects, such as policy development, onboarding programs, and organizational change initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering and recruitment preferable.
  • Excel in communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Skill in leveraging HR technologies and tools to streamline processes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts to change effectively.
