Reporting to Manager, Human Resources & Corporate Services, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the full talent acquisition and employee life cycle, offboarding process; Additionally, the Assistant Manager will compile and consolidate departmental reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement plans to streamline HR processes and enhance HR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Oversee the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor legislation
• Compile and consolidate departmental reports, including organization chart, turnover analysis, and any other reports
• Identify areas for improvement and implement plans to streamline HR processes and enhance HR systems
• Undertaking HR projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in human resources, preferably gained from a sizable organization, with a focus on Talent Acquisition
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment regulatory
• Agile, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge in SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
• Stationed in or Occasional travel to Hong Kong Lok Ma Chau Office is required.
