About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ( Assistant Manager- Fit technician - Apparels) who has strong expertise in kids wear. The ideal candidate should be experienced in e-commerce/Offline, possess a problem-solving mindset, and be quick to adapt to challenges. This role requires hands-on involvement in ensuring that both apparel and footwear meet the highest quality standards.

Here’s what will be expected out of you every day:

• Work alongside designers to translate sketches and visions into defined fits and silhouettes, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Develop detailed spec sheets for each style, specifying required fit, silhouette, and styling details to guide production and ensure consistency.
• Provide graded spec sheets to ensure proportional sizing across all ranges, optimizing fit and customer
  
  

satisfaction.

• Conduct rigorousfit assessments on live models, making real-time adjustmentsto enhance garment comfort and appearance.
• Educate vendor pattern makers on pattern correctionsto improve fit, production accuracy and efficiency.
  
  

What You Would Need To Do

• Specialize in risk assessment, particularly in children's safety, recommending styling adjustments for enhanced safety.
• Manage sample evaluation and seals pre-production samples to ensure quality standards.
• Daily communication with suppliers on technical aspects, ensuring seamless production processes.
• Provide valuable technical input to the Buying team and design team
• Coordinate closely with QC teams to address and resolve challenges during bulk production.
