My client is a stable investment platform. They are looking for a candidate to support office project and facilities management.

The Role

  • Report to Senior Manager
  • Perform vendor management, procurement and invoice verification
  • Support meeting / event arrangement
  • Prepare budget reporting and forecasting
  • Provide full support for regional office maintenance and equipment repair / renewal
  • Responsible for office renovation project

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Regional experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 5 years facilities management experience gained from sizeable companies
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
