Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and design of a complete Post Sales B2B Services portfolio which meets the ongoing and historic B2B sales propositions
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that the B2B services portfolio and activity aligns with, and forms part of, the Samsung brand value add proposition to support sales growth
  • Provide internal guidance and define the scope of what can be provided within the Samsung B2B Services portfolio to the Commercial B2B Sales organization within Samsung
  • Managing the implementation and delivery of B2B Services and ongoing service account management for key Samsung B2B customers
  • Service Support relevant Field Support Engineer to define periodic operational targets
  • Monitor and review at required intervals and instigate actions to ensure achievement of KPI’s
  • Field Service Support to provide technical resolutions and explanation of route cause


Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Solid experience and knowledge services operations, prefer in LED/ Signage /Hospitality TV/ AV product or consumer electronics industry
  • 5 years of related working experience
  • Analytical and influential, strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Proactive with good supervisory skills, attentive to details and well-organized
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
