Summary
Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of Daily Office Administration and Procurement Functions
Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for quotation of product / services specified in quotation requisition or by user department.
Monitor suppliers’ database including but not limited to suppliers assessment and evaluation and updating of supplier list.
Follow up with internal and external parties on purchase orders from sample request to delivery.
Advise user departments on procurement procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in the review of company policies and procedures for office administration and procurement.
Assist user departments in the preparation of tendering documents and consolidation of tender received to ensure compliance with company policies and meeting predetermined deadlines.
Liaise with other contractors and vendors to ensure quality services are provided including but not limited to canteen, shuttle bus, and sanitisation services
Adhere to all related Company’s operating, environmental, safety and health procedures when performing the assigned duties.
Perform ad hoc projects / tasks as and when required.
Job Qualifications
Degree Holder in Business Management or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with not less than 3 years’ experience in Materials Sourcing / Ordering, Vendor Evaluation and Selection Practice. Managerial or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
Competency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
