The Repulse Bay is seeking for an in-house Assistant IT Manager to support the daily IT operation of the company.

Key Accountabilities
Manage IT Operations at Properties and Clubs
Ensure the compliance with corporate standards, policies and guidelines related to Information Technology
Provide hands-on, first-line IT support services to internal users, including IT projects, system implementation, software and hardware procurement, maintenance, IT training, and troubleshooting of IT-related problems
Work closely with different business units
Conduct regular vulnerability scanning and penetration testing on IT system and infrastructure
General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years at a managerial level
Solid knowledge of Hotel or Catering Systems and Property Management Systems, vulnerability management, and patch management will be an advantage
Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure, Virtual System Platform, Azure Backup Solution, Office 365 and other related technologies
Experienced in server / network / firewall configuration and implementation
Good Team Player with good communication, team management and problem solving skills
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
