Summary

工作职责:

  • Coordinate and being able to lead assigned projects and to ensure execution is in line with brand standards under direction given by line manager;
  • Propose creative ideas on new event formats based on the market needs.
  • Liaise with HQ Event team to implement WWD guidelines efficiently
  • Vendor selection, quotation review
  • Events budget control and handling of payment procedures (PO creation, payment voucher & contract management)
  • Responsible for event brief deck and post event report preparation

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Passion to innovate and consistently deliver best-in-class marketing experiences
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Previous luxury marketing experience a plus
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Google docs and Keynote
  • Interested in contemporary culture, industry innovations and new technologies
  • Fluent in English
