Overview: Eudia is seeking an Assistant General Counsel/Senior Counsel to closely collaborate with its growing Product and Engineering team, leveraging the latest advancements in AI and technology to transform legal processes. In this role, you will interface with stakeholders throughout Eudia and will be helping the Company to develop and refine its AI-powered products. You should be results-driven and passionate about empowering customers with Eudia’s Augmented Intelligence platform. The products you will help create are dynamic and continuously evolving. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role in which you will regularly collaborate with Eudia’s enterprise customers (senior lawyers at Fortune 500 companies), understanding their needs to better inform Eudia’s product development. In February 2025, the Company raised $105M in during a challenging fundraising climate, indicating strong growth prospects and financial runway. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, specializing in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various customer contracts (such as MSAs, Sales, and Procurement contracts) or another area of practice. Experience within an AMLAW 100 law firm and a Fortune 500 in-house legal team is strongly preferred. Location/Relocation: Palo Alto, California. Regular office presence is required.
