Overview:

• The support needed is managing the finishing, production, localization and servicing of design assets (key art, print adaptations, OOH and digital OOH) and ensuring brand, layout and assets for marketing, publicity, events and photo and AV studio teams are executed successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the finishing, production, localization and servicing of design assets (key art, print adaptations, OOH, digital OOH), and ensuring brand, layout and specifications are accurate for our marketing and communications efforts
• Plan and manage internal and external print production communication and workflow, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables
• Through collaboration and coordination, work within established budget and pre-selected partners for finishing and adaptations.
• Liaise between internal and external partners to provide functional guidance and industry best-practices on art and print campaign collateral.
• Identify and raise awareness to streamline the print production process

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
• 7+ years Print Production experience at an entertainment studio, agency or similar environment
• Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Fluent in digital formats and best practices
• Strong working knowledge of RGB to CMYK print process and the transition between digital to print color
• Understand the difference between a digital comp file and a high res print finish
• Fluent in Print and Digital formats and the fundamentals/technical requirements to produce work in OOH, DOOH, Display, P.O.P. and Magazine
