Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive growth in our Offline
Agency Insurance Sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for agent
onboarding, field sales execution, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Business Development:
Drive insurance sales through a network of agents and advisors.
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and agents.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network.
Agent Onboarding & Training
Recruit, onboard, and mentor insurance advisors/agents.
Conduct training programs to enhance advisor productivity.
Motivate and support agents to achieve sales milestones.
Sales Target Achievement
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track agent performance and implement strategies to improve sales conversions.
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning.
