Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Area Sales Manager role located in Kota at QuittMozz. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales within their designated area, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of the Kota market and local language proficiency is a plus
