Our client is one of New York’s most prolific and enduring architectural firms that specializes in high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use, affordable housing, assisted and senior living facilities, public and institutional developments. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with exceptional skills willing to work in a fast phased environment and in-office setting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

• 7+ years professional experience with a focus on high-rise multifamily projects

• LEED AP preferred but not necessary

• Knowledge in Revit and Bluebeam

• Thorough attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• The ability to accept and give constructive criticism

• The ability to work under pressure and within time constraints to meet deadlines

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to find a new way of doing things

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Partner in charge, lead the assigned team.

• Manage project to include but not limited to towers, podium or parking

• May manage the casino, hotel, vertical circulation, egress facades, parking, restaurants, etc. as assigned by the Partner in charge

• Oversees production of construction documents, ensuring compliance with regulations

• Plan and develop project scope. • Ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled

• Monitor project progress and set deadlines.

• Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings and the likes

• Maintain client relationships
