Job Description

Looking for an Architect who can manage turnkey architectural millwork projects, drawings and help maintain project timelines as necessary.

• Must posses project management skills.
• Must be skilled at using CAD and MS office.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  
  

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Facilitate the project execution throughout the purchasing phase and managing supply chain on behalf of the client.
• Plan, organize, implement, and execute project procurement and execute procurement strategies in a way that meets the client’s requirements.
• Prepare project packages received from clients to send to overseas factories
• Check quote’s to ensure they are quoted per spec
• Review shop drawings, finishes, swatches and reports as necessary.
• Order fabrics and swatches, as needed, for all orders
• Occasionally travel to customer’s offices or project sites for meetings.
  
  

Requires working from office 4 days a week.
