We are seeking a passionate and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in architecture and project management to play a pivotal role in the design and execution of commercial, retail, restaurant, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex architectural projects from conception to completion, and a deep understanding of the engineering industry. Responsibilities

• Oversee all architectural projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and specifications while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the project is progressing as planned and to address any issues promptly.
• Resolve complex design and development issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the company remains competitive.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on commercial, retail, restaurant, and mixed-use projects.
• Proven experience in managing all stages of complex architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Professional registration as an Architect would be highly desirable.
