• 1099 Pay. $53.12-$55.54 an hour. And DOE. Vacation Time, Paid Holidays, and Sick Time pay included.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to lead our residential and commercial projects. This role will involve overseeing the architectural design process, ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code, and managing a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Ensure all designs comply with Florida Building Code and other relevant regulations.
• Supervise and mentor architectural staff, providing training and guidance.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for residential and commercial projects.
• Review and approve construction drawings and project documentation.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Conduct construction administration and ensure quality control throughout the construction phase.
  
  

The Skills Required For This Role Include

8++ years registered Architect (FL) experienced within a professional architectural office.

• AutoCAD, CADD
• Project Management
• Client Management
• Staff Management, Office Management, and Project Planning.
• Experience preparing written correspondence and project annotations.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Experience leading an office team.
• Basic knowledge of EXCEL, SketchUp, good organizational skills&..marketing and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree.
• Registered architect with relevant state licensing.
• Proven experience in managing residential and commercial architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and construction standards.
• Proficiency in CADD and construction drawing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong communication and written correspondence skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
