Song + Associates, an award-winning, architectural design firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Architect to join our team. We are seeking candidates who are interested in long-term growth with our team with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. The successful individual should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a project manager or architect for governmental, educational, and/or commercial projects. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing development of construction documents, project schedules and budgets for multiple projects for all phases of architectural design, documentation and contract administration. The following attributes are desired:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Architecture is required. NCARB, state registered architectural license or ability to obtain license preferred.
• Must enjoy mentoring and contributing to an office environment that is positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented.
• Candidate should be very organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated as well as exhibit leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with repeat clients is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office is required.
• Salary to be determined commensurate with experience.
