Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of architectural building drawings and extensive experience in preparing good for construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations and sections
• Develop and refine construction drawings based on design briefs and project requirements
• Read and interpret structural and MEP drawings; detect clashes and prepare comments accordingly
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure technical alignment across all disciplines
• Ensure that all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations and industry standards
• Revise and update drawings as required to reflect design changes or technical feedback
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality across all project documentation

Requirements:

• 2 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural drafting
• Strong proficiency in architectural drawings and construction documentation
• In-depth knowledge of building plans, elevations and sectional drawings
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of drafting
• Proficiency in Archicad, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural BIM software is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
