Compartment S4 is a collaborative endeavor of eight architects, all graduates from the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University. Established in 2017, the firm offers design solutions across Architecture, Urban design, Social infrastructure, and Interior design. Our people-centric and context-sensitive design approach aims to create enhanced spatial experiences while maintaining cost efficiency, environmental consciousness, and minimal waste. The firm is also known for exploring alternative materials and sensitive use of conventional ones to benefit the user and protect the environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter based in Mumbai. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, planning, and construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and designers to develop design solutions, preparing and revising drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in producing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings in Autocad
• Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
• Strong Drawing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
• Relevant experience or a degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in 3d modeling (e.g., Sketchup) is a plus
