Responsibilities:
- Conduct field measurements and site visits to verify as-built conditions.
- Create detailed 3D models using Revit for residential renovation and addition projects.
- Develop design concepts and translate them into working drawings with accurate dimensions and material specs.
- Participate in and lead design meetings and client presentations.
- Develop HOA packages, variance submittals, and permit sets for neighborhood and city approvals.
- Create detailed construction documents and specs, Ensuring drawings comply with local building codes and zoning regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting & Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture or design-build environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (required).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and building codes.
- Experience in design documentation for renovations and additions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
