Selectek is searching for an Architect with project manager background that can manager projects from concept through the construction process. A solid back ground in city, county or state projects.

• 5 plus years of managing projects from concept through Construction
• Manager projects (Libraries, Courthouse, Schools, University's, Municipalities Structures) for City, County and State
• Develop tracking schedules and coordinate communications with team members and contractors
• Prepare budgets and manage costs on projects
• Manage Billing
• BS Degree in Architecture - Licensed Architect is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
