Role Description:

MAVALDI Trading Inc. is seeking a full-time Architectural Apprentice / 3D Renderer to join our dynamic team on-site in Quezon City. In this role, you will assist in the design and visualization of various architectural and outdoor projects, transforming concepts into high-quality 3D renderings and models. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on a range of creative projects, and grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, photorealistic 3D models and renderings for architectural and landscape projects.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to bring ideas to life through visual presentations.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings and design proposals.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design development activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual materials for client presentations and project submissions.

Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

✔️ Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion

✔️ Strong spatial understanding and design sense

✔️ Ability to create photorealistic models and renderings

✔️ Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

✔️ Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
