Are you a detail-oriented Licensed Architect with a passion for international projects? Our partner, an Architectural Solutions firm (Platform for Innovation and Collaboration), based in Makati, is seeking a talented Architect to work on complex projects and designs.
In this role, you'll play a key part in project execution, BIM modeling, and technical documentation, ensuring high-quality design solutions while collaborating with a dynamic team. If you have years of Revit experience, a strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of Australian Standards, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Execute architectural tasks with limited supervision
- Develop advanced architectural models, detailed documentation, and 3D visualizations with minimal supervision.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for assigned tasks, ensuring documentation meets technical and design standards.
- Enforce BIM standards on assigned project deliverables and guide Architect 1 and Junior Architects in compliance.
- Provide detailed progress updates and ensure deadlines for individual and team tasks are met.
- Take responsibility for complex project components, ensuring alignment with project objectives and design intent.
- Enforce BIM standards in all assigned tasks and assist others with advanced Revit solutions, ensuring compliance across project deliverables.
- Documentation and Quality Control: Ensure advanced documentation accuracy, producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct detailed quality control reviews of project deliverables to meet technical and design standards.
- Engage in teamwork, provide project progress updates.
Technical Competencies and Skills Requirements
- Ability to understand and execute design intent, managing complex tasks
- Experience with documentation and coordinating with consultants on larger projects
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and project management systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Years of Relevant Experience: At least 4, preferably in the same industry
- License Required: Registered Architect
