Applications Specialist, located in New Delhi, India. In this role you will provide web demonstrations of FARO solutions for customer applications from a centralized studio to generate sales opportunities. This role will suit someone who is a natural problem solver with an empathetic mindset, who is looking for a challenging career within a dynamic workplace, where you can let your creativity shine and have the freedom to influence the solutions.
How you will make a difference @ FARO - Demonstrate FARO solutions for customer applications to potential customers via a web-based interaction. Demonstrations will include hardware, software, and accessory products;
- Follow developed demonstration scripts to ensure all benefits of technology are communicate to audience appropriately;
- Develop and improve demonstration scripts as necessary;
- Creatively apply technology (current and new) to solve potential applications in the most beneficial manner;
- Work with sales team before and during demonstrations to ensure audience and FARO expectations are exceeded;
- Utilize all available resources including sales management, Account Managers, Inside Sales Specialists, Field Applications Engineers, marketing and others to improve customer experience and improve sales;
- Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for sales opportunities, processes and systems;
- Generating new leads via social selling presence and Webinar Activities
- Whe required attending to tradeshows supporting the sales team with live demonstrations
This position requires - Engineering Degree/diploma from reputable university or equivalent work experience;
- Preferred but not required - experience in one of FARO’s defined vertical markets, with preference given to customer-facing experience;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Excellent individual and team worker.
