We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer to join our team. If you have a background in programming fixed or sliding head machinery and a passion for customer support, this is the role for you.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

  Customer & Dealer Support: Travel across the UK & Ireland to provide machine set-up, prove-out, cutting, and training to customers and dealers.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Machining Methods: Develop machining methods and programs to solve customer manufacturing challenges.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Demonstrations: Conduct machine demos, explaining processes and answering customer questions.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Cycle Time Estimates: Provide accurate, achievable cycle time estimates to sales engineers.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Machine Installations: Install machines at customer sites and in showrooms, ensuring correct specifications.

  \n
\n

\nExperience/Skills:\n

\n
• \n

  Strong experience programming fixed or sliding head machinery.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Knowledge of metal cutting, tooling, and processes.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Ability to plan manufacturing processes and work independently or as part of a team.

  \n
\n
