Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team in Richardson, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing integration workflows, optimizing middleware systems, and driving successful application integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to a dynamic environment while leveraging their expertise in integration tools and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Define integration requirements and optimize workflows to ensure seamless application connectivity.

Manage and enhance middleware systems, including building and maintaining integration frameworks.

Utilize integration management software such as MuleSoft or Microsoft Power Automate to connect systems effectively.

Independently handle integration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Design and implement integration strategies while creating and maintaining documentation.

Develop and troubleshoot system connectivity issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Create and execute test cases to validate integration solutions and ensure quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support acquisition-related platform integrations.

Drive continuous improvements in integration processes to meet organizational growth needs.

Build scalable solutions that align with the company's long-term objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in integration design, development, and optimization.

Familiarity with middleware systems, including E1 Smart Connect or similar tools.

Hands-on experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent.

Strong ability to independently manage integration projects without extensive supervision.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and developing integration workflows simultaneously.

Knowledge of server configuration and application integration strategies.

Experience with cloud-based integrations such as AWS and B2B solutions.

Understanding of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools.
