My client, a global Investment Manager, are looking for an Application Support Analyst to support trading, risk, and middle/back-office systems across multiple asset classes. You’ll be the primary contact for system and application queries, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support trading, risk, and data distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and business issues efficiently.
• Assist with onboarding, configuration, and user training.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve system support.
• Participate in UAT testing and production releases.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a hedge fund, investment bank, or similar industry.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes, including but not limited to: Rates, FX, Credit etc.
• Good understanding of Windows/UNIX environments.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of .NET and/or Java is beneficial.
• Excellent ability to engage with the trade floor.

Desirable:

• Experience with Calypso, Bloomberg, and, Trade Capture, Risk & PnL systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M).
• Ability to read/debug C#/Java and Excel VBA.
