Job Title: Sr. Application Support Engineer Consultant

Rotational shifts for 7 AM to 7 PM coverage
Must have skills in application support, root cause analysis, Tidal, Confluence, market operations, fixed income, equities, derivatives, SQL, Linux, ETL, Windows, L1/L2, financial, and capital markets
Job responsibilities include providing L1/L2 support coverage, resolving user inquiries and handling production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and experience with SQL, ETL, Linux, and Windows
Responsible for user access reviews, audit reviews, IDM reviews, and coordinating/managing DR flips
Must support Tidal jobs and have prior application support experience with Broadridge apps, Murex, Smartloan, and Loanet
Years of Experience: 10-14 years in application support
Will support applications under the Market Operations Support group
Must have experience with settlement, collateral and reg reporting (FI/EQ) and derivatives product
Will work with various vendors to support different applications and must have experience with Broadridge apps and Loanet
Should be able to multitask several ongoing issues and have strong written and verbal communication skills
Will resolve user queries from business users and troubleshoot prod incidents and Tidal job failure tickets
Required to document and maintain support knowledge share on Confluence
Will work on data review by Audit teams, IDM team, and run reports for business users by querying DB.
