Respond to Training requests / issues.
Resolve technical and functional queries related to the ERP system
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for prospective and existing clients.
ERP and Mobile App implementation
Update Service Request / CRM
Assist with creating help documentation and guides for users.
