Comblack is hiring a Tier 2 Application & System Support Specialist!
What You’ll Do:
• Manage application releases and implement system changes
• Troubleshoot complex issues using advanced monitoring tools
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve incidents
• Support new project rollouts and provide Tier 2 support to dev and frontline teams
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years managing web-based apps and infrastructure (IIS, Tomcat)
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft stack
• Hands-on with monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, Kibana, Wireshark, etc.)
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Batch
• Experience with SSL troubleshooting and MSSQL databases
