Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team in Cape Coral, Florida. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and deliver high-quality support for enterprise-level applications. As a critical member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of various IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for applications utilizing Cisco, Citrix, and cloud technologies.
• Manage and maintain Dell hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee firewall configurations and security protocols to safeguard IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and other directory services.
• Administer backup systems, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Implement and monitor configuration management processes to maintain system consistency.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional service and address technical concerns efficiently.
• Develop and update documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Perform periodic system health checks and recommend improvements for enhanced performance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Cisco and Citrix technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Dell hardware and software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Active Directory management and backup technologies.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware and configuration management practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
