Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business and IT teams to deliver effective, efficient solutions.
• Provide second-line integration support by analyzing and resolving issues related to data processing.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to escalate complex requests while independently handling operational challenges.
• Manage onboarding for new and existing clients by analyzing requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders, and testing interfaces.
• Propose innovative solutions for internal and external client requests, disseminating new procedures or program updates as needed.
  
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree, ideally in IT.
• Brings prior experience with API integrations and database management tools such as SQL.
• Demonstrates strong initiative and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles is an advantage.
• Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Has in-depth expertise in payroll management.
• Is fluent in both French and Dutch.
