You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between internal software systems and external HR applications, contributing to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Act as the link between business and IT teams to deliver effective, efficient solutions.
Provide second-line integration support by analyzing and resolving issues related to data processing.
Collaborate with IT colleagues to escalate complex requests while independently handling operational challenges.
Manage onboarding for new and existing clients by analyzing requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders, and testing interfaces.
Propose innovative solutions for internal and external client requests, disseminating new procedures or program updates as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds at least a bachelor’s degree, ideally in IT.
Brings prior experience with API integrations and database management tools such as SQL.
Demonstrates strong initiative and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of ITIL principles is an advantage.
Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Has in-depth expertise in payroll management.
Is fluent in both French and Dutch.
