Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to ensure seamless system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Ensure seamless operation of critical business systems. - Implement and maintain SAP Basis Administration tasks. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration principles. - Knowledge of SAP system monitoring and performance tuning. - Experience in SAP system upgrades and installations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
