Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Engineer with a strong focus on web applications and CRM systems. In this role, you’ll support the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of key digital platforms used across the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and end-users. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between IT, Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to help resolve issues, improve system usage, and contribute to digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for web-based applications and CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot)
  • Troubleshoot functional or technical issues, escalating to vendors or developers when needed
  • Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization
  • Support integrations between CRM/web platforms and other systems (e.g., Learning Platforms)
  • Manage user access, roles, and data security within assigned applications
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation for end-users
  • Assist in testing and deploying application updates and new features
  • Participate in CRM/web projects and rollouts (e.g., data migration, new features, training)
  • Provide technical assistance with the Odoo implementation and migration.
