Overview of the Role

As an ASIC Design Engineer , you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our cutting-edge ASIC solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, performance, and scalability of our products, driving forward the company's objectives and contributing to technological innovations that shape the industry.

Detailed Responsibilities

Run and manage Fusion Compiler, ICC II, and Innovus to ensure optimal ASIC design and implementation

Analyze and understand PPA (Power, Performance, Area) tradeoffs throughout the ASIC flow

Develop and maintain scripts using Tcl, Perl, and Python for automated physical design flow (APR)

Oversee APR to signoff flows including StarRC, PT, Tempus, and other relevant tools

Collaborate with CAD teams or provide support to EDA to ensure seamless integration and functionality

Skill Requirements

Extensive experience with Fusion Compiler, ICC II, Innovus

In-depth understanding of PPA tradeoffs in ASIC design

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, and Python

Expertise in APR to signoff flows (StarRC/PT/Tempus/etc.)

Previous experience in ASIC design, CAD teams, or EDA support
