Job Title: Application Report Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months with possible extension

Client is seeking a Developer who is an expert in CoStar - an application that manages real estate and leases.

Below are is a summary of what the successful candidate will be focused on.

• This role involves providing technical expertise to develop reports in CoStar Application.
• Key responsibilities include implementation of report suite, developing customized reports for specific business needs, updating reports as necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CoStar application.
• Create or setup new transaction types within the application.
