We are currently looking for an experienced Application Manager to join our client's team in Zurich for an initial contracting role. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in cluster environments (Kubernetes).

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining components such as Kubernetes, Kafka, and various applications like the Apache stack, Collibra, Dataiku, and similar technologies. As a vital member of the team, you will:

• Support and implement Collibra API and services.
• Perform system administration for Collibra, including user management and access control.
• Collaborate as part of the team to integrate with the CI/CD pipeline.
• Define and set processes for development, testing, release, updates, and support within a DevOps operation.
• Handle incident management and conduct root cause analysis.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing and operating systems within a cluster environment
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Strong experience managing systems and applications as an admin in Unix/Linux environments.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python).
• Experience working with APIs and web services.
