Role: Application Engineering Manager

Location: North Carolina (Onsite)

Salary: $140K-$175K+ 20% bonus

We're partnered with a market leader in the charging infrastructure space who have had immense success in the US and are growing rapidly!

As part of this next phase of their growth, they're adding an Application Engineering Manager to their team who will manage the Application Engineering team of 6 and be customer facing, whilst oversee the deployment of their DC Fast Charging solutions.

* This role is fully onsite in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities 🔨:

• Lead and manage a team of 6 Application Engineers
• Oversee technical EV Charging project support
• Build relationships with customers to ensure the successful deployment of their EV Charging solutions
• Ensure OCPP standards are met
• Work cross functionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience 📑:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min 3 years experience working in the DC Fast Charging space
• 8+ years experience in a technical sales role
• Min 2 years experience in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of protocols & technical standards of OCPP
• Strong communication and relationship building skills to work in a customer facing role

Nice to have ⭐:

• Experience with power electronics and electrical systems in DC Fast Charging
