Job Title: Inside Sales/ Application Engineer – Valve & Automation Products

We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic technically proficient Application Engineer / Inside Sales to join our growing team. This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to support our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support regarding process valves and automation systems to customers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the HQ Engineering Sales Support team and internal sales team to deliver optimal solutions.
• Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain customer relationships.
• Support the business development process through product knowledge and market understanding.

Qualifications:

• Educational background of D3/S1 in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Instrument or an Engineering related field.
• At least 2 years working of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or similar roles. Fresh graduates with strong technical and communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Having Mechanical, Automation or Instrumentation knowledge from education and/or experience background
• Proficient in English, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Engineering tools will be benefit.
• Able to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and handle inquiries in a timely manner and limited bid closing date.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, initiative and energetic in the high pace speed will be most advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and markets.
• High integrity, responsibility, and commitment to delivering results.
• Willing to travel occasionally (when required) for client meetings or training.
