What You Will Do This senior role within Johnson Controls' Global Marketing team will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for:

• Engaging with senior leaders across various functions to drive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leading cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment and investment in channel expansion activities across the APAC region, focusing on both digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborating with local marketing teams to enhance marketing execution and share best practices from global and regional efforts.
• Developing and implementing global marketing programs aimed at increasing engagement and loyalty among key customer segments, particularly HVAC technicians and installers.
• Maintaining relationships with joint-venture partners to ensure brand integrity and effective collaboration.
