Summary Of Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to support Sales through Analysis and reporting by delivering accurate reporting, actionable analysis, and coordination on key sales programs. Prepare Annual, Monthly and ad hoc sales reports and daily sales progress tracking. The position plays a key role in measuring sales performance, supporting program execution. This is a highly collaborative role that helps drive informed decision-making while supporting the stability and continuity of the team’s operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct sales analysis including monthly and YTD results reporting.
- Generate Annual, Monthly and Special Sales program tracking and progress reporting, post-program results reporting.
- Monthly Sales Reports to support the business needs and other departments.
- Prepare competitive analysis and sales trend studies, provide reports to stakeholders for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Annual Dealer sales Target modelling and tracking.
- Forecast and track annual attainment payouts.
- Manage and report on the obsolescence program, including dealer credit tracking.
- Monitor sales & operation data used by other departments to ensure it is accurate and timely. (Business Objects, Territory reports etc.).
- Track and report on internal purchases, ensuring alignment with business requirements and inventory management goals.
- Support ad-hoc data requests related to sales, orders, and part information for various teams, ensure accuracy and timeliness of data used across departments
- Support data visualization and reporting initiatives to improve decision-making processes
- Serve as a point of contact for communication with YMC Japan and other affiliates related to Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain reporting initiatives to improve decision-making processes
- Collaborate with various departments to drive business growth by optimizing warehouse capabilities and designing effective dashboards for dealer training.
- Other P&A and Unit tasks as demand necessary – Event/Show support, Booking support, back up roll for inside sales staff vacations.
Experience Requirements
- Degree/Diploma: BBA/MBA
- Program of Study: Business Related
- Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years
