What You'll Be Doing

CIBC's Contact Centre Corporate CFO and IR team supports the frontline by executing reporting and analytics for the Contact Centre, managing the credit card database, and overseeing data governance and management. As a Senior Reporting Analyst in the operations team you will be responsible to work within the operations teams to manage and action requests entering our MIS Mailbox. You'll work closely with our technology partners on any data discrepancies and support in resolving data failures, access controls and manage permissions for Cognos and Tableau access.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Data oriented -Proactive on current issues. Participate in projects/activities and investigations to develop knowledge about Operation processes. Perform analysis and data presentation/visualization skill. Analytical thinking while handing large data volume.
  • Technical & Business Knowledge – Strong knowledge of Contact Centre and Support functions is key as you will be able to relate and provide recommendations for the business. Working experience with: SQL; Tableau ; Alteryx; MS Access Database; MS Office
  • Establish and maintain relationships – with the various business groups to effectively communicate and provide key updates on reporting impacts on key projects and post measurement dashboards.
